As all normal people I do have dreams. Most of them I can't remember after waking up. Apart from nightly dreams, I as well have visionary insights for difficult problems or situations. Just having some vision is not enough. Especially when other persons are involved, a vision is only a beginning. My interest is aroused.

NEXT

It is always required to test if the idea is realistic and feasible.
Proper communication to other involved persons is crucial. And frequently this only works with small carefully planned steps. This is a task where I need a lot of practice. I always start too big and too fast.
And finally success should be planned. This is an area where I do have experience. But frequently I ignore it. It is important to consider resistance and failures during the journey.

Holy Spirit, teach me good communication and execution of plans.
