The image today I created with the Inkscape software. I am exploring the many capabilities of the tool. The image reminded me to the gift of tongues of the Holy Spirit.

We can not control the Holy Spirit

With speaking in tongues, we allow our tongue and breath to make unpredicted movements. The result is a joyful and colorful sound. We need to practice to gain confidence.

Today's practice

Coming home from work by bicycle I focused on the Holy Spirit. An unexpected sound was added. I got a flat tire. So I had to walk home. The tire still needs repair. The Holy Spirit does not exist to prevent us from all experiences of the normal life. But with the Spirit, it is easier to smile and be patient.
